- Occassionally we need to ship part orders direct from our supplier in order to meet with our delivery schedule. This may mean that your order is sent in 2 shipments.
- We use a variety of Couriers for our delivery system, but they all state that delivery is expected to occur within 2 to 5 working days. We are unable to confirm the delivery date within this time
- When chasing delivery please make sure that you have waited the stated 'expected delivery' before contacting us
- We are unable to offer a collection serviceUnfortunately at this time, we can only process orders through our online secure banking. Therefore telephone or postal orders cannot be accpeted.
